Occasions - XL Collection by Shabby Princess; Review Part 1

OK, my son’s birthday was a whole MONTH ago, and I have just now finished the thank-you cards – shame on me! But my excuse is that I really wanted to send hand-made cards and include a cute photo from the party, and I have only recently had time to put together all the cards. I hope that seeing Gabe’s adorable little face on these cards will make up for my tardiness .

Anyway, now that I have that project finished, I am finally able to write this review I’ve been dying to write since June!!! The Occasions XL Collection, a digital scrapbooking kit by Shabby Princess, is SO awesome and I’ve used it SO much, I just have to tell you all about it !

The reason I love this kit so much, is that besides being super cute and fun, it is also very versatile! Just check out all of the projects I’ve used it for so far:

• Birthday party invitations
• Birthday cards
• Party decorations
• Thank-you cards
• Scrapbook pages about the party

Lest you think this kit is only suitable for boyish projects, I thought you might also like to see the kit previews; there are LOTS of pretty pinks and flowers that I haven’t even had a chance to use yet !

Wow! I have so much to say about the Occasions XL Collection that I am going to have to break this up into multiple posts ! I can’t wait to share tips, tricks and techniques for all of these fun projects, and who knows, I may even throw in some more free templates .
