I’m really on a roll with my faithbooking lately! I am going back though the Beth Moore Bible study I told you about here and here, and making a faithbook page for each of the Psalms of Ascent. The pages will all have a Psalm, then the prayer written in my own words. I’m enjoying memorizing scripture so much, that I plan to keep choosing a new verse each week. I want to make sure the verses coincide with the faithbook pages in some way, because I want to keep a mini-book containing all of the Bible verse quick pages inside the faithbook. So, that’s how I decided on this week’s Bible verse – it seems to fit the theme of the Psalms of Ascent: the idea that my faith is a journey! I’ve memorized this passage before, but could use some refreshing
.

No special tips for this one, just used a SMJ & Dani Mogstad quick page with a paper from the kit
.
So here are of some of the recent faithbook pages. From now on, I will be posting them in order (since I’m finished with the study, and just going back through it from start to finish). Oh, and each one now has a title, because there was also an exercise in the study book to come up with one sentence describing what the Psalm means to me.

You’ve chosen some great elements and scriptures. You’re on a roll!
Beautiful Pages Jess. They really draw attention to the messages.
This is such an inspiration!!! Which Beth Moore study are you referring to and is it available online or did you do it in a group setting?
Hi Janet! The Beth Moore Study I just finished is called “Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent”. When I bought it, I planned to attend a large group study in my area – which also offered the corresponding video sessions, but because my son and I were sick so much this winter, it just didn’t happen. So I hope to go to that part next time they offer it near me. You can also buy the video sessions on her site, but I’d rather go to the group study if I get the chance
I too have just recently “discovered” faithbooking on the Creative Memories site and am enjoying using some of my creative time giving glory to Him. Keep up the gorgeous work, you have given me some great ideas.
