. I have some new scrapbook pages to share with you today. These are 12×12 pages side-by-side to make two-page layouts.
If you’re wondering why I haven’t been blogging very often lately, here’s one of the reasons – I’ve been getting caught up on scrapbooking!
I have found that if I spend a lot of time blogging, I tend to get way behind on my scrapbooking.
I’d rather have one big post once in a while, where I share what I’ve been up to.
Life with these two little cuties is so precious I just want to make sure I capture it!
So, I challenged myself to take at least one photo each day in January (I ended up taking many more) and put them into digital scrapbook pages.
Here are close-ups of two of the pages – I tried to keep the focus on the photos, rather than spend a lot of time on embellishments.
I designed these with Photoshop and ArtRage software using Shutterfly’s blank template for their 12×12 digital scrapbook. Then I uploaded the finished pages to my Shutterfly account so they will be ready for me when it’s time to print my next photo book. Plus I know have a free digital back-up of these pages for safe keeping !

Thanks Rita! I never considered myself a “simple scrapper” before, but I must say the style is growing on me, especially now that I am caught up for once (well, for this year at least LOL)!
